SLA Mobile to Attend GITEX Conference
SLA Mobile, a global mobile solution provider will be attending this year’s Gulf Information Technology Exhibition (GITEX) which will take place on 12-16 October in Dubai.
The company has experienced significant success within the Middle East over the past year with major mobile operators such Zain Group and Vodafone. Attendance at the GITEX conference is the next logical step for SLA Mobile as they continue to develop business in the region by on boarding new clients as well as planning to open new regional headquarters in the imminent future.
Nic Stirk, CEO of SLA Mobile commented, “After an outstanding performance over the past year with Middle Eastern mobile operators and merchants, we felt it was the right time to invest in the GITEX conference. This will be SLA Mobile’s first time in attendance at the conference and we are looking forward to meeting with new and existing customers.”
In line with this year’s GITEX Conference, SLA Mobile will demonstrate how they help mobile operators and merchants unlock network and data assets to create new revenue streams. Through the company’s managed service approach it provides a white labelled solution which gives their clients the capability to leverage the API Economy and bring innovative Digital Services to their customers.
SLA Mobile can expose a range of APIs for their clients, from Billing to Location and Profile, these APIs have the ability to transform the service mobile operators provide to their customers. Direct Operator Billing also known as Carrier Billing is just one of the services that SLA Mobile offers and this mobile payment solution is seeing considerable success within the Middle East.
“Direct Operator Billing offers customers a simple and secure way to pay for digital and virtual goods via their mobile phone using their prepaid credit or post paid bill. The mobile payment solution is seeing tremendous traction in regions where credit card penetration is low like the Middle East.” Says Nic. “Direct Operator Billing offers an alternative mobile payment solution to those previously hard to reach demographics and helps our clients expand into new and emerging markets.”
Another service that SLA Mobile will be showcasing at the conference will focus on Identity Management and the growing importance and need for an operator led managed identity for consumers. Also referred to as Mobile Connect, customers data is used to provide a seamless connection to a variety of third party services across the internet. The mobile operator leverages their trusted brand, regulated operation and large customer base assets to the full in order to increase customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
